Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by TRIALSPHOTOS.COM. In the future we may consider this.
The photos on your website have horrible copyright logos on them. Will my prints have them too?
Of course not! It costs us a lot of money to get to events and photograph them so we look to protect our investment in those events. Unfortunately, some people are only too willing to steal our work and republish it without credit which is why we heavily watermark our online images. Printed images have no logos or anything else that might spoil the original.
What printers/inks do you use? All prints are printed using Epson Photo printers. We only use the highest quality Epson Photographic paper and genuine Claria photographic inks to ensure we achieve the best quality prints.
How long will my prints last? This, of course, depends on how you store or show them. With the high quality inks and paper we use, prints can last as long as 200 years (independent research) if kept in an album. If you display them in direct sunlight then, like any photo they will fade. Guidelines on the care of your prints are included with each order.
How are my photos shipped? Photos are dispatched in either cardboard photographic envelopes or cardboard tubes. All photos are shipped by Royal Mail recorded delivery. You will be notified and receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of receipt, but ask that you allow 28 days for delivery.
My order is a gift which I need for a certain date. Will I get it in time? Please insert a note with your order at the time of checkout or contact us if you need your prints by a certain date. We will do our very best to ensure you get them in time.
Do you offer refunds? If you are displeased with the quality of your digital prints then please contact us. We operate a stringent quality control process prior to shipping your prints. If we are unhappy with the quality of the image(s) either before or after printing then we will let you know and offer a full refund. In over four years of operation, not one person has complained about the quality of their prints from TRIALSPHOTOS.COM Requests for refund once photos have shipped will be dealt with on a case by case basis. No refunds will be given on digital file downloads.
